Fertile Mind Reset is a single 90-minute Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) hypnotherapy session for women and couples who feel fear, guilt or stress about trying to conceive. Delivered by Dr. Dee (MBBS, certified RTT practitioner) online or in Colombo, Sri Lanka, it costs USD 449 and includes a personalised audio recording. In the session, Dr. Dee helps you find where beliefs such as "my body is failing me" began and replace them with calm and self-trust. You then listen to your personalised audio, built from your own session, daily for 21 days. Who it is for • Couples trying to conceive naturally • Women and couples preparing for IUI • Anyone about to start IVF What is included • One 90-minute RTT hypnotherapy session • A personalised audio recording built from your session • A 21-day listening plan Frequently asked questions Can hypnotherapy help with fertility? Hypnotherapy can help reduce stress, fear and negative beliefs about conception. Some studies link mind–body support with better outcomes, but the evidence is mixed, so it is offered alongside medical care, never instead of it. How many sessions do I need? Fertile Mind Reset is one session plus a 21-day audio programme. If you are starting IVF, the IVF Cycle Companion adds support at each stage of treatment. Are sessions available online? Yes. Sessions are available online from anywhere in the world, or in person in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Important: these programmes support emotional wellbeing and readiness during fertility care. They are not a medical fertility treatment and do not replace the advice of your fertility specialist. Please continue all prescribed medication and medical care. No specific outcome can be guaranteed. About Dr. Dee: Dr. Deemanthe Weerasuriya (Dr. Dee), MBBS, is a medical doctor and wellness practitioner based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
