Parent Reset is a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) programme with Dr. Dee (MBBS, certified RTT practitioner) for mothers and fathers who feel stressed, guilty, angry or burnt out. Each 90-minute session costs USD 449, online or in person in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and most parents need 1 to 3 sessions, held once a week. RTT combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and CBT principles to find where reactive patterns began, often in the parent's own childhood, and to reframe them. When a parent heals, the whole household changes. USD 449 per 90-minute session. Most parents need 1 to 3 sessions, held once a week. Will I lose control during hypnosis? No. You remain aware and in control throughout. Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, focused state. Can fathers join Parent Reset? Yes. Parent Reset is for any parent or primary caregiver, including fathers and grandparents. Is it available online? Yes. Sessions are available online from anywhere in the world, or in person in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Important: this programme supports emotional wellbeing. It does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychological care. Children with a diagnosed condition should continue their existing treatment. About Dr. Dee: Dr. Deemanthe Weerasuriya (Dr. Dee), MBBS, is a medical doctor and wellness practitioner based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
