Adolescent Group Therapy for Social Anxiety is a three-session group programme with Dr. Dee for teenagers aged 13 to 18. In a safe, supportive group, young people learn to manage social anxiety, build confidence and develop the social skills to connect with peers. The fee is USD 95 per participant for all three sessions, and groups run with a minimum of 10 participants. Practising social skills alongside other teenagers with similar worries builds confidence in a way individual sessions cannot, and helps young people realise they are not alone. Sessions are available online from anywhere in the world, or in person in Colombo, Sri Lanka. About Dr. Dee: Dr. Deemanthe Weerasuriya (Dr. Dee), MBBS, is a medical doctor and wellness practitioner based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Trained in conventional medicine, he moved from medication- and surgery-based practice to mind-based healing and is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner.
