Menopause Reset is a private package of three 90-minute Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) hypnotherapy sessions with Dr. Dee, online or in person in Colombo, Sri Lanka, for women with menopause-related anxiety, poor sleep, low confidence and mood changes. The full package costs USD 650. Research from Baylor University found that five weekly clinical hypnosis sessions reduced hot flush frequency by 74% at 12 weeks (Menopause journal, 2013), and The Menopause Society recommends clinical hypnosis for hot flushes. Many women also find the deep relaxation helps their sleep and mood. Can I have RTT while taking HRT? Yes. Menopause Reset complements medical treatment, including HRT, and does not replace it. Are the sessions available online? Yes. All sessions can be held online from anywhere in the world, or in person in Colombo. How much does Menopause Reset cost? USD 650 for the full package of three sessions, including your personalised recording.
